Company Nurse – Construction Site Health & Safety

About the role

We are looking for a licensed Registered Nurse with a Safety Officer certification to provide on‑site medical care and support occupational health and safety at our construction projects in Tangub City. The role combines first‑aid response, health monitoring, and compliance with safety regulations to protect workers’ wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate first‑aid treatment and basic medical care to employees and workers on site.
• Monitor, document, and maintain records of employee health conditions, injuries, illnesses, and treatments.
• Assist in implementing and auditing occupational health and safety programs.
• Conduct regular health inspections and safety monitoring at construction sites.
• Coordinate with project managers, HR, and safety personnel on workplace health concerns.
• Ensure first‑aid kits, medicines, and medical equipment are available and properly maintained.
• Facilitate pre‑employment, annual, and return‑to‑work medical examinations.
• Deliver health‑awareness seminars and toolbox talks related to safety and wellness.
• Support accident investigations and prepare required reports.
• Assist during emergencies and arrange transport to medical facilities when needed.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license.
• Certified Safety Officer (SO2/SO3 preferred).
• Experience in construction, industrial, or occupational health settings is an advantage.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work onsite and handle emergency situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for report preparation.
