Company Nurse & Administration Assistant

About the role

DBM Vircon is seeking a professional to provide on‑site nursing care while also handling a range of administrative duties. The role combines first‑aid response, health monitoring, and wellness promotion with reception, facilities, and office support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver emergency care, first aid, vital sign checks, and medication dispensing within the legal scope of nursing practice.
• Monitor and assess employee health status during and after illness or injury, including hospital accompaniment and home visits.
• Prepare and submit statutory health reports (annual medical, work‑accident exposure, safety organization) in coordination with the Safety Officer.
• Maintain individual medical records, manage sick‑leave applications, and assist with SSS sickness‑benefit processing.
• Oversee reception duties, visitor handling, mail, deliveries, and corporate scheduling.
• Manage facilities documentation, work permits, gate passes, and coordinate with building administration.
• Control assets and inventory, handle petty‑cash, source supplies, and arrange travel logistics.
• Plan and budget company events in collaboration with People and Engagement teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a company nurse.
• Registered Nurse qualification; BOSH‑OHNAP training or similar certification is an advantage.
