Company Driver – Transport Personnel & Cargo

About the role

The Company Driver is responsible for safely moving staff, documents and small cargo between office sites, warehouses, suppliers and other destinations. The role requires punctual, efficient travel while maintaining vehicle safety and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Transport personnel, documents and small cargo according to designated routes and schedules.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, checking fluid levels, tire pressure and overall condition.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to supervisors to keep vehicles operable.
• Deliver and collect packages, obtain signatures and keep accurate delivery records.
• Assist with errands such as banking, mail collection and office supply procurement.
• Communicate travel status, delays or issues to back‑office staff.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence (Code 10 or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience driving 4‑wheel trucks, MUX, Mirage (manual and automatic).
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Physically fit to handle loading tasks when required.
• Reliable, responsible and safety‑focused.
