Community Manager (Social & Private)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Community Manager to own and nurture our extensive audience of over two million followers across social platforms and our exclusive, invite‑only membership community for wedding professionals. You will be responsible for turning interactions into measurable commercial outcomes, ensuring every question, comment, or direct message is handled with speed and brand‑aligned tone.

Key responsibilities

• Manage engagement across all Wedded Wonderland and Wedded Network social accounts, including comments, DMs, story replies, shares and mentions.
• Define and enforce response standards: reply speed, tone, escalation rules, and prohibited public statements.
• Run the private professional membership community daily—set rhythm, seed conversations, surface valuable content, and keep threads active.
• Oversee member onboarding, activation, and re‑engagement to prevent churn.
• Support events and masterclasses from promotion to post‑event replay distribution, owning attendance rates.
• Convert social interactions into sales for both B2C (engaged couples) and B2B (wedding professionals) product lines.
• Develop repeatable processes: reply libraries, DM flows, link routing, lead capture, and handover to sales.

• Experience in both consumer‑facing and professional‑membership community environments.
