Community Growth & Success Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, people‑first Community Growth & Success Manager to act as the bridge between our brand and its customers. In this fully remote position you will nurture the customer community, drive engagement, and turn users into loyal advocates.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for community members, handling questions, concerns and feedback with warmth and efficiency.
• Onboard new customers and guide them through the product or service experience.
• Monitor community health metrics, surface insights and report on retention, NPS and engagement trends.
• Facilitate discussions, events and engagement initiatives, including content calendars and member spotlights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations, improve the customer journey and align social media efforts.
• Identify upsell and retention opportunities through proactive relationship management.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
• Manage and grow the brand’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok, creating and scheduling engaging content.
• Produce and edit short‑form video updates using CapCut or Adobe Premiere.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2‑4 years of experience in customer success, community management or a similar client‑facing role.
• Proven track record of growing online communities or customer accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• High emotional intelligence, empathy and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
