Communications and Customer Service Trainer

About the role

CallTek is seeking a Communications and Customer Service Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that enhance communication skills, customer service excellence, and conflict resolution capabilities across its global support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update, and deliver training curricula covering communication techniques, customer service best practices, conflict resolution, and client relationship management.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions using interactive methods such as role‑play exercises and e‑learning modules.
• Partner with managers, team leads, and HR to assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and customize content to align with organizational goals and client expectations.
• Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback, knowledge assessments, and performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and refresher sessions to reinforce skills and support employee development.
• Assist the recruitment team by conducting speaking assessments for applicants and support HR with company events and activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, English, or Mass Communication.
• Minimum of 1 year of call‑center training experience.
• Excellent oral and written English communication abilities.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and listening skills.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
