Communication Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Communication Specialist to join our Manila Shared Services team. You will support internal communications by creating and maintaining SharePoint sites, producing video content, and managing digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain SharePoint sites, including content creation and uploading of articles, photos, and videos.
• Assist in video production for internal communications and collaborate with the multimedia and communications teams.
• Design email templates and other visual assets following brand guidelines.
• Organise and optimise MS Teams communication channels and recommend file‑structure improvements.
• Partner with the communications team to automate and maintain internal email distribution lists.
• Write and review submissions for site‑related communications, events, press releases and global merchandise distribution.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to maximise the use of tools such as EmailOpen and SharePoint.
• Act as the Manila location lead, collaborating with regional ICIS leads.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B communications experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to create compelling written content and branded visuals.
• Strong organisational skills, detail‑orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset with proven relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• SharePoint site creation and maintenance.
• Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Forms).
• Social media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter.
• EmailOpen tool for email distribution.
