Cloud Engineer

About the role

The company, an IT solutions provider for government sectors, is seeking a Cloud Engineer to design, implement and maintain secure, scalable and cost‑efficient cloud platforms in Quezon City. You will work closely with development, operations and security teams to deliver cloud solutions that meet business and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure secure, scalable, and resilient cloud resources according to design specifications.
• Support day‑to‑day operations of cloud workloads, monitoring availability and performance.
• Apply Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM or CloudFormation to provision and manage resources.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and infrastructure updates.
• Optimize cloud resources for cost, security and performance.
• Respond to incidents, troubleshoot and resolve cloud‑related issues in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure configurations comply with security, governance and regulatory standards and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience deploying and managing workloads in AWS, Azure or GCP, including hybrid and multi‑cloud environments.
• 2–4 years of experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automating deployments.
• Proven ability to provide operational support, resolve incidents and work with cross‑functional teams.
