Clinical Consultant – Pharmacy Tech

About the role

Optum is seeking a Clinical Consultant – Pharmacy Tech to support its Clinical Consulting and Client Management teams. The role focuses on delivering strategic, operational, and administrative assistance that directly improves health outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare client deliverables and address client inquiries.
• Complete reporting activities and perform data analysis.
• Provide client‑facing support such as sales assistance, account management, routine client meetings, and performance review meetings.
• Act as an internal resource with strong system and service capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with employment contracts, company policies, and any directives regarding work location, shift changes, or flexible work arrangements.
