Clinic Operations Specialist / Supervisor

About the role

The Clinic Operations Specialist / Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multiple clinic accounts, ensuring high‑quality health services, patient satisfaction, and achievement of business objectives. Working closely with Clinic Cluster Leads, the role provides leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight across assigned sites.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor staff compliance with ActiveOne standards, customer service policies, and behavior guidelines.
• Maintain records of staff attendance, performance, and approve leaves and overtime.
• Coordinate with site medical personnel on client requirements and policy updates.
• Collaborate with other units to resolve staffing, operational, and reporting escalations.
• Manage manpower deployment based on contracted headcount and ensure 100% commitment.
• Assist in occupational safety and health compliance, submitting AMR and WAIR reports.
• Identify and organize health programs based on client illness/incidence data.
• Facilitate training to achieve the four pillars of excellence and guide Clinic Cluster Leads to meet client SLAs.
• Maintain a list of site medical personnel and train new hires.
• Create and manage team schedules, evaluate performance, and provide feedback.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring compliance with service quality and client SLAs.
• Manage operational expenses, prepare and monitor budgets, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Forecast resource needs and submit budget and resource reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing clinic or medical service operations across multiple accounts.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with medical personnel and internal teams.
• Ability to monitor performance metrics, attendance, and compliance.
• Experience in budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of occupational safety and health compliance procedures.
