Clinic Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic. The role ensures efficient service delivery, high customer satisfaction, and the achievement of sales and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily clinic operations, staffing, appointments, and opening/closing procedures.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the clinic team, handling assignments, attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance feedback.
• Ensure professional, consistent customer service from arrival through after‑service, handling feedback, rebooking, and complaints.
• Maintain treatment and service quality by enforcing approved procedures, equipment use, and staff authorization.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales, KPIs, conversion rates, repeat customers, and product/service upselling.
• Oversee appointment scheduling, cancellations, walk‑ins, and optimize customer flow to minimize wait times.
• Control inventory of products, supplies, and consumables, conducting regular checks and reporting discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe clinic environment, ensuring proper disinfection, waste disposal, and reporting of hazards.
• Monitor facilities, equipment, POS systems, and coordinate maintenance with relevant departments.
• Handle cash, payments, discounts, refunds, and reconcile daily sales reports with finance.
• Prepare and submit required operational, sales, inventory, and incident reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Document and investigate accidents, injuries, treatment incidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify performance gaps, provide on‑the‑job coaching, and coordinate employee development with HR and training teams.
• Stay aware of customer needs, service trends, and competitor activities to recommend improvements and support marketing initiatives.
