Clinic Coordinator (Spanish Speaking) – Remote

About the role

Snapscale is looking for a US Clinic Coordinator who is fluent in Spanish to work remotely supporting a US‑based healthcare practice. The role involves direct interaction with Spanish‑speaking patients, handling scheduling, calls, insurance verification and record management.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and follow up on patient appointments using EMR/EHR systems.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with Spanish‑speaking patients.
• Verify insurance information and process related documentation.
• Maintain and update patient records in the electronic medical record system.

Required profile

• Proficient in written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience on a Spanish bilingual account.
• Healthcare account experience in a BPO setting is a plus.
• Experience working with U.S. clinics or hospitals is preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy and attention to detail.
• Highly organized, reliable and able to work independently.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment.
