Client Service Rep 3 - Digital Measurement Implementation Support

About the role

This position provides high-quality, timely development and input for client solutions in the pharmaceutical and related industries, covering the strategy, execution, performance and reporting of advertiser and publisher measurement programs. It sits in the measurement implementation team and typically reports to the Associate Principal.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing third-party ad tags on banner ads, video, mobile, in-app, email and advertiser web properties.
• Help the Delivery Team manage and improve digital engagement workflows around deploying third-party measurement tags with agency partner ad operations.
• Give the Delivery Team technical guidance, troubleshooting and ongoing development of tag implementation best practices.
• Quality control of data collection throughout the engagement lifecycle, including setup and ongoing implementation of new tactics and publisher partners.
• Support tagging leads in reviewing and analysing client requirements or challenges related to media campaigns.
• Develop detailed documentation and specifications, and help analyse and resolve client issues.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of related experience, including ad operations, digital ad trafficking and consulting; pharmaceutical and/or healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with media agencies and publishers, campaign management and campaign measurement.
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and communicating clearly with internal and external teams.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team, with strong organisation, accuracy and time management under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Ad serving technology (DFP/DCM/GAM), Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, Tealium and browser developer tools.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Workfront, HTML, JavaScript, paid search, DMPs and Web Analytics is helpful but not required.
