About the role
We are looking for a professional who blends financial accuracy with strong client communication and a proactive problem‑solving mindset. This permanent, fully remote position focuses on supporting clients with all billing‑related matters.
Key responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and issues related to billing.
- Ensure accurate processing and recording of billing transactions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date client billing records.
- Communicate billing information clearly and promptly to clients.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and follow up until closure.
