Civil & Structural Estimator

About the role

We are looking for a Civil & Structural Estimator to join our engineering and construction team in Taguig. The role involves preparing competitive bids for EPC and PPP infrastructure projects, including civil works and building constructions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for EPC and PPP projects in civil, building and infrastructure sectors.
• Analyse project, contract and tender documents, including specifications, terms and conditions.
• Lead or support the bidding process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
• Provide preliminary cost estimates during early project stages.
• Maintain and update direct and indirect cost data for major projects.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience as an estimator or quantity surveyor on infrastructure projects such as airports, roads or bridges.
• Experience with data centre or commercial building projects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of project permits, insurance requirements and related costs.
• Ability to read and interpret bid documents and technical drawings.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with estimation software tools.
