Chief of Staff

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Chief of Staff to join our Executive Office. This position works closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to coordinate strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.
• Manage executive schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and key business engagements.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, correspondence, and briefing materials.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects and monitor progress of executive directives.
• Organize executive meetings, document decisions, and track action items to completion.
• Serve as liaison with internal teams, clients, business partners, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Conduct research and prepare reports to support business planning and executive decision‑making.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure proper handling of sensitive information.
• Support special projects and other executive office initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Executive Business Partner, Executive Assistant, Business Operations, Project Management, or similar executive support role.
• Experience supporting senior executives or executive leadership teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Highly proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, integrity, and sound judgment.
• Experience in real estate, property development, construction, infrastructure, or related industries is an advantage.
