Channel Account Manager – MSP Partner Growth

About the role

Sophos is looking for an energetic early‑career Channel Account Manager to expand its Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem across the ASEAN region. You will be responsible for recruiting, activating and growing MSP partners, driving recurring revenue and helping partners deliver profitable cybersecurity services.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new MSP partners into the Sophos MSP program.
• Activate dormant or low‑performing partners and guide them toward revenue‑generating status.
• Drive partner progression through MSP tiers and increase consumption of Sophos solutions (Endpoint, MDR, Email, Firewall).
• Own monthly recurring revenue (MRR) growth across the assigned partner portfolio.
• Develop and execute a territory plan with clear targets for partner activation, revenue growth and product attach rates.
• Conduct regular business reviews, deliver onboarding training and promote certifications.
