Carrier Account Manager – Sales (Manila)

About the role

Apple’s Carrier Sales team in Manila is looking for a Carrier Account Manager to drive growth with our largest telecom partners. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop account plans, launch programs, and expand Apple’s product and services portfolio across the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key carrier stakeholders, understanding their strategic priorities and value drivers.
• Develop account plans in partnership with the Country Manager to achieve targeted business objectives.
• Collaborate with carriers to ensure Apple products are competitively positioned in all market offers.
• Analyze sales data to monitor channel performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize the partnership.
• Drive channel programs that enhance customer experience and increase partner mindshare.
• Identify demand‑generation and promotional opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and execute agreed plans.
• Monitor emerging trends, competitor actions, and partner capabilities to uncover new opportunities.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with Apple’s standards.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Consultative sales experience in telecommunications or consumer technology.
• Strong understanding of telecom, IT and mobile device markets and ecosystems.
• Deep knowledge of carrier business models, economics and value drivers.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with large, sophisticated organisations.
• Track record of meeting sales targets while balancing short‑term goals and long‑term value creation.
