Carpenter – Construction & Repair Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our construction team, responsible for building, installing, and repairing a variety of wooden structures across multiple sites. The role involves hands‑on work, precise measurements, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Construct, install, and repair wooden elements such as doors, windows, cabinets, partitions, frames, and roofing.
• Take accurate measurements, cut materials, and follow detailed plans or instructions.
• Perform finishing tasks including sanding, painting, varnishing, and fitting.
• Repair damaged furniture, fixtures, and building structures.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Follow safety regulations and keep the work area clean and organized.

Required profile

• High School graduate or vocational graduate; TESDA NC II Carpentry Certificate is a plus.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on carpentry experience.
• Ability to read measurements and operate hand and power tools correctly.
• Physically fit, hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel to different locations as needed.
