About the role

We are seeking a Capital Markets Analyst to join our Makati office on a night‑shift schedule. The analyst will work on‑site supporting a leading U.S. mortgage lender by analysing capital‑markets data and managing loan‑related transactions. This role offers the opportunity to deliver data‑driven insights that influence mortgage financing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse capital‑markets data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Manage loan transaction processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
• Build predictive models that support forecasting and risk assessment for mortgage products.
• Prepare and present analytical reports to internal stakeholders and the U.S. lender.
• Collaborate with global teams to align analytical outputs with business objectives.
