Campus Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

EY is looking for a Campus Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support its Campus Talent Acquisition team in attracting and engaging students for graduate, internship and early identification programs. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Managers to deliver recruitment campaigns across EY’s service lines and geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage logistics for virtual and face‑to‑face recruitment events, including registrations, room bookings, catering, calendar invites and event schedules.
• Screen and manage candidate applications through EY’s recruitment system, ensuring a high level of candidate care throughout the selection process.
• Organise assessment centres, send confirmations, and prepare assessment materials.
• Run reports, analyse recruitment data and provide insights to the team.
• Assist with contract preparation and onboarding of casuals, interns and graduates.
• Coordinate communications and logistics for Early Identification Programs.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment events and processes simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a candidate‑centric mindset.
