Campaign Marketing Manager – 18‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

The Campaign Marketing Manager will lead end‑to‑end marketing communications for a large‑scale card migration program. Working within Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services, you will ensure customers receive clear, timely and seamless communications throughout the migration lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and optimise multi‑channel customer communication campaigns for the card migration initiative.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders in Manila, Sydney, Brisbane or Auckland and travel regularly to Papua New Guinea and Fiji to align on program delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and adapt strategies to improve customer experience and conversion.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and brand guidelines while delivering consistent messaging.
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on campaign impact and customer feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in campaign or marketing management, preferably within financial services or payments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across diverse regions.
• Willingness to travel frequently and spend at least 50% of time onsite with stakeholders.
