Campaign Manager, Influencer Marketing (Remote, Philippines)

About the role

A remote, one-year renewable freelance contract for an experienced Campaign Manager to lead a campaign team in the Philippines. The role covers influencer marketing campaigns for beauty, food, lifestyle and home appliance brands, and requires strong communication with team members and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Sales and Account Management teams on proposals, deliverables and new business opportunities, including upsells and client briefs
• Lead the conceptualisation of influencer marketing strategies from client briefs, aligned with campaign goals
• Analyse performance data, deliver regular reports and post-campaign analysis compared with industry benchmarks
• Use paid media knowledge to optimise campaign execution and results
• Manage budgets and margins, and assess influencer value against KPIs while negotiating rates
• Oversee a team of project executives and ensure quality standards in influencer curation, content review, project management and communication
• Act as the go-to advisor for the team in Indonesia on influencer marketing campaigns and processes

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience working with influencers across APAC
• At least 1 year managing junior direct reports
• Experience managing multiple freelancers across APAC for regional campaigns
• Well-written and spoken English is a must
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, organisation and results orientation

Required skills

• Influencer marketing campaign reporting and analysis, able to teach team members on performance metrics
• Problem-solving and leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with social media trends; knowledge of Twitch, Xiao Hong Shu and Lemon8 is a plus
