Campaign Associate – Email Marketing

About the role

The Campaign Associate supports Campaign and Marketing Managers across multiple regions by designing, executing, and monitoring email campaigns. You will work with Eloqua to build customer journeys, ensure timely activation of campaign assets, and provide performance insights to improve the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage end‑to‑end email customer journeys using prescribed templates and content.
• Activate campaign canvases in Eloqua based on defined customer lifecycles.
• Perform internal testing and quality checks to meet standard guidelines.
• Generate post‑campaign reports with performance analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Maintain campaign calendars, ensuring compliance with turnaround times and supporting team initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑2 years of experience in digital and campaign management.
• Strong stakeholder and project management abilities.
• Ability to adapt to process improvements and work in an agile environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Eloqua marketing automation platform.
• HTML and CSS for email creation.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI tools to support technical workflows.
