CAD Instructor – SolidWorks (Full‑time)

About the role

The CAD Instructor – SolidWorks will teach classroom and laboratory courses on SolidWorks and related CAD concepts at Feati University in Manila. This full‑time position involves preparing lesson plans, creating learning materials, and assessing student performance to ensure industry‑relevant outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in‑person instruction on SolidWorks part, assembly, drawing, and simulation workflows.
• Develop lesson plans, tutorials, and assessments aligned with program objectives.
• Guide students through practical projects, demonstrations, and exercises.
• Monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate course records.
• Collaborate with faculty to refine curriculum and contribute to departmental initiatives.
• Mentor students on design best practices and stay current with SolidWorks updates.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Design, or related technical fields.
• Experience in curriculum development and teaching technical subjects, preferably CAD or engineering.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical topics.
• Hands‑on expertise with SolidWorks, including part/assembly modeling, drawings, and simulation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; SolidWorks or CAD certifications are a plus.
• Ability to facilitate on‑site classes and manage laboratory environments safely.
