Business Support – Admin, DM, Executive, Systems (Night Shift)

About the role

The Business Support team at The Virtual Hub Philippines provides comprehensive administrative, data‑management, executive and systems assistance during night‑shift hours. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth operations for internal stakeholders while maintaining high standards of service and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general administrative duties such as document preparation, filing, and correspondence handling.
• Support data‑management tasks, including data entry, validation and basic reporting.
• Assist executives with calendar management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
• Monitor and troubleshoot basic office systems and IT tools used by the night‑shift team.
• Maintain accurate records of leave credits, benefits and other HR‑related documentation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business administration is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently during night hours.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information.
