Business Relationship Officer – Lipa Branch

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC products at the Lipa Ayala Hi‑Way branch. This role works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance and strengthen customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and ensure accurate recording of action plans.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to market retail banking products.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of bank products and services to provide tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related program.
• Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
• Strong adaptability, leadership potential, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Knowledge of risk‑management controls and credit evaluation processes.
• Familiarity with banking policies, account management, and retail banking products.
