Business Relationship Officer

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer supports the Business Center in meeting its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. You will work closely with the Business Relationship Manager to drive sales performance and ensure accurate reporting of activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Business Relationship Manager in achieving monthly and daily sales goals.
• Prepare and maintain sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan records.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Support account acquisition and cross‑selling initiatives across the Business Center.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related program (minimum four‑year graduate).
• Proven ability to work in a sales and banking environment.
• Strong adaptability and leadership mindset.
• Experience with strategic planning and management.
• Knowledge of risk‑management controls and financial management.
• Working knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies.
