About the role
The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center in meeting its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. The role is based at the Las Pinas‑Pamplona branch and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales goals.
- Prepare and maintain sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan records.
- Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
- Ensure accurate documentation of sales actions and performance metrics.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
- Adaptability and leadership mindset.
- Strong understanding of strategic planning, risk‑management controls, and credit evaluation.
- Familiarity with banking policies, procedures, and product offerings.
