About the role
The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center in achieving its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. The role is based at the Las Piñas‑Pamplona branch and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in meeting sales goals and targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and ensure accurate recording of action plans.
- Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
- Support account acquisition and cross‑selling initiatives to grow the branch’s portfolio.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related program (minimum 4‑year graduate).
- Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
- Strong adaptability and leadership mindset.
- Knowledge of strategic planning, financial management, and risk‑management controls.
- Working knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis, banking policies, and procedures.
