Business Relationship Officer – Clark Branch

About the role
The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC products. This position is based at the Clark branch and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan records.
- Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
- Ensure accurate documentation of sales actions and follow‑ups.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related field.
- Ability to thrive in a sales and banking environment and adapt to changing conditions.
- Strong leadership mindset with strategic planning and management capabilities.
- Knowledge of risk‑management controls and credit evaluation processes.
- Familiarity with banking policies, account management, and bank products and services.
