Business Relationship Officer – Batangas City

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center in achieving its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. The role is based in the Batangas (P. Gomez) branch and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in meeting sales goals and targets.
• Prepare and maintain daily and monthly sales call plans and performance reports.
• Ensure accurate recording of action plans and essential sales information.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Support account acquisition and cross‑selling initiatives for YGC products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related program (minimum four‑year graduate).
• Ability to thrive in a sales and banking environment.
• Adaptability, leadership mindset, and strong strategic planning aptitude.
• Knowledge of risk‑management controls and banking policies.
• Working knowledge of credit evaluation and analysis.
