Business Intelligence Data Consultant I

About the role

The Business Intelligence Data Consultant I works with the REPH DRV AD and DRV Actionable data teams to create and deliver reports and studies for carriers and sales representatives. The role leverages data from sources such as DB360 Blindspot, ADRC and other DB360 reports to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and validate data from Essbase and PowerBI dashboards.
• Respond to seller requests, pull data for PowerBI dashboards and ensure timely report delivery.
• Conduct data statistics, coverage analysis, field population studies and data profiling.
• Create documentation, mappings and quality thresholds for data sets.
• Investigate, track and report data issues, providing clear documentation and corrective actions.
• Participate in process‑improvement, operational excellence (OPEX) and compliance initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field); professional data qualifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical, creative thinking and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing workloads.
• No disciplinary, attendance or performance issues in the past 12 months.
• Willingness to quickly learn enterprise AI tools and new technologies.
