Business Development Representative – ERP Solutions (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to join our U.S.-based ERP consulting team. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will turn strategic outreach into qualified sales opportunities for our ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for senior sales staff.
• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate activity logs.
• Collaborate with the consulting team to understand solution offerings and tailor messaging.
• Achieve monthly targets for qualified opportunities and pipeline growth.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
• Experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in technology or ERP space.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
