About the role
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth for a fast‑expanding security monitoring and home‑services company. This fully remote, full‑time position focuses on nurturing existing client relationships, following up on warm leads, and expanding outreach to homeowners associations and contractors.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and deepen relationships with current clients.
- Follow up on open estimates and warm opportunities to close deals.
- Conduct email outreach to HOAs and contractors.
- Keep client records and communications organized within the CRM.
- Reconnect with past leads and inactive opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and updates.
- Support client retention and overall customer experience.
- Assist with inside‑sales and business‑development initiatives.
Required profile
- Previous experience in business development, inside sales, account management, or customer service.
- Strong follow‑up and communication abilities.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Sales‑oriented mindset without being overly pushy.
- Experience in home services, security, construction, or similar industries is a plus.

What we offer
- $8 per hour plus performance incentives.
- Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST.
