About the role
Fresha, the AI‑powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness and self‑care industry, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new partner acquisition in Manila. Reporting to the General Manager, South East Asia, you will work closely with the Commercial team to identify and close high‑value B2B opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prospect and outreach to key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels.
- Present product demos and promote Fresha’s suite of solutions to prospective partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
- Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analyses to align solutions with partner objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Provide market trend feedback to inform product and strategy decisions.
- Respond to 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly and log activities in the CRM.
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned partners.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
- Experience in the beauty, wellness or SaaS sector is a plus.
