Business Development Manager

About the role

Cellexia Labs is seeking a Business Development Manager to own and expand its pipeline of strategic partnerships. This fully remote, full‑time role focuses on high‑touch outreach, relationship building, and driving new business opportunities for a European beauty and skincare brand.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn and other channels to target companies.
• Book and lead introductory calls with prospective partners.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and pipeline status in a CRM.
• Communicate progress and updates clearly to leadership.
• Represent Cellexia Labs professionally in all interactions.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Personable, confident and comfortable speaking with new contacts.
• Organised, self‑directed and able to manage a pipeline without micromanagement.
• Experience in sales, business development, partnerships or a client‑facing role.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, cross‑time‑zone environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with outreach tools and CRM systems.
• Experience using Notion.
• Experience using Slack.
