Business Development Manager – Enterprise Partnership

About the role

menumiz is seeking a high‑performing Business Development Manager to expand its enterprise SaaS and AI integration portfolio. You will work remotely with hospitality operators, helping them modernise operations through cutting‑edge technology.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new enterprise software service and custom SaaS opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of strategic partnerships from outreach to negotiation and closing.
• Conduct consultative selling to address complex enterprise pain points with SaaS and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with C‑level client executives, IT decision‑makers and internal technical teams to scope high‑value projects.
• Monitor AI, machine‑learning and SaaS market trends to uncover new opportunities.
• Maintain and grow existing partner relationships to generate upsell and cross‑sell revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B business development or enterprise sales experience in software services and SaaS.
• Proven record of securing large‑scale enterprise partnerships and meeting sales quotas.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
