Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development professional to serve as the primary point of contact for external clients and partners. The role focuses on building and nurturing long‑term relationships, translating client needs into actionable briefs, and driving strategic alignment across our media buying and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for external clients and partners.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term client relationships, including PR and account nurturing.
• Lead business discussions, proposals, and strategic alignment with clients.
• Translate client needs into clear internal briefs for media buying and creative teams.
• Manage client expectations and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
• Handle negotiations on pricing, scope, and contract terms.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Support new business acquisition through networking, referrals, and pitching.
• Represent the agency in meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Client Servicing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; English required, Chinese a plus.
• Experience in digital marketing, advertising agencies, or e‑commerce ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of TikTok Ads and performance marketing concepts.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high‑pressure client situations.
• Preferred experience handling regional or international clients and familiarity with TikTok Shop, content strategy, and influencer ecosystems.
