About the role
The Business Continuity Program Manager will be based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines, working on a hybrid schedule. This full‑time position is responsible for leading business continuity initiatives within Carelon’s call centre and customer service operations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain business continuity programs to safeguard service delivery.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to assess risks and ensure readiness.
- Monitor program performance and report on continuity metrics.
Required profile
- Experience in managing continuity or resilience programs, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
