Building Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Axelum Resources Corp. is seeking a proactive Building Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep of its Medina Plant facilities in Misamis Oriental. You will ensure that all buildings, infrastructure and utilities are safe, functional and compliant with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive building and facility maintenance programs.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities across civil, electrical, plumbing and general works.
• Inspect structures and identify repair needs, coordinating timely interventions.
• Manage contractors, suppliers and service providers, monitoring schedules, budgets and project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and building regulations.
• Oversee repairs, renovations and improvement projects while maintaining accurate records.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost facility reliability and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• PRC‑licensed engineer preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management or site engineering.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, civil works, plumbing and utilities.
• Experience planning maintenance activities and managing contractors.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and building standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with maintenance management systems.
