Building Engineer – Immediate Start – Real Estate Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Building Engineer who can join our real‑estate development team in Quezon City immediately. The role involves overseeing building systems, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and supporting daily operations across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to schedule repairs and upgrades.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Monitor building performance and recommend improvements to enhance safety and efficiency.
• Assist in the planning and execution of new construction or renovation projects.

Required profile

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• 1–2 years of experience working as a Building Engineer or in a similar role.
• Ability to work Monday through Saturday on site in Quezon City.

Required skills

• Mechanical engineering knowledge.
