Solar PV Technician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Solar PV Technician to join our team and support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar photovoltaic systems across the Philippines. The role involves hands‑on work at various sites, ensuring safe and compliant solar installations.

Key responsibilities

• Install solar PV systems, including panel mounting, electrical wiring, and system connection.
• Perform testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to verify proper operation.
• Ensure installations comply with electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and schematics for accurate installation.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of installed PV systems.
• Assist with site assessments, prepare reports, and maintain tools and inventory.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and team members on project requirements.
• Provide basic user guidance on system operation and safety.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology or completion of an Electrical Vocational Course.
• Experience in electrical works, solar PV installation, or construction (12 years preferred; fresh graduates with relevant training considered).
• Physical fitness for outdoor work and ability to work at heights.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Strong teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and safety awareness.
