Building Administration Officer

About the role

The Building Administration Officer oversees the maintenance and upkeep of a shopping mall, ensuring that all amenities, utilities and equipment meet the company’s standards for safety, cleanliness and orderliness. The role involves regular inspections, safety audits and coordination with various service providers to keep the facility operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance services for the mall, its amenities, utilities and equipment.
• Conduct periodic maintenance surveys and safety audits to identify repair or renovation needs.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to optimize the use of utilities, facilities, equipment, service vehicles and office assets.
• Assist mall management in providing safety and security for employees, tenants and customers.

Required profile

• Graduate of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Building Maintenance Technology, or a related business course.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in building/property administration within a similar environment.
• Working knowledge of building/property administration, facilities management, housekeeping services and engineering maintenance services.
• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays and on a flexible schedule.
