Brand Marketing Officer

About the role

The Brand Marketing Officer will work on‑site in Quezon City, developing and executing brand marketing plans for Cosmetique Asia’s key product lines. The role focuses on campaign strategy, product positioning and promotional activities to boost brand awareness and consumer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand marketing plans, including campaign strategies and product positioning.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform brand decisions.
• Coordinate with sales and trade‑marketing teams to align promotional initiatives.
• Manage social media and digital initiatives, creating content and tracking performance.
• Prepare marketing materials, monitor campaign performance and generate insight reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Prior experience in FMCG, cosmetics or personal‑care brand management (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on‑site in Quezon City and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
