About the role

The Archetype Strategy is seeking a proactive Brand & Marketing Manager to build and elevate its online presence. This remote freelance position focuses on creating and managing Facebook and Instagram business pages, launching high‑performing ad campaigns, and shaping a consistent brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and grow Facebook and Instagram business pages from the ground up.
• Design, launch, and optimise Facebook ad campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all digital channels.
• Create engaging, on‑brand content such as graphics, reels, and captions.
• Monitor ad performance metrics and continuously refine strategies for better ROI.
• Contribute creative marketing ideas and execute them quickly.

Required profile

• Proven track record of running successful Facebook ad campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Experience building brand pages and growing organic followings.
• Strong eye for design and ability to produce clean, professional visuals.
• Self‑starter who works independently without micromanagement.
• Bonus: experience in blue‑collar, service‑based, or B2B industries.
