About the role
The Brand Communications and PR Director leads the overall public‑relations and digital social strategy for the brand, shaping its reputation across all media channels and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and evaluate comprehensive PR strategies and campaigns for all business units.
- Oversee corporate and brand digital initiatives, including social‑media presence, digital campaigns, community management and brand‑building activities.
- Design and execute crisis communication and issues‑management plans, acting as the primary spokesperson for media outlets.
- Lead corporate social‑responsibility and advocacy programs in coordination with the Jollibee Group Foundation.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, supervise social‑media assets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), and drive innovative digital initiatives.
- Supervise and coach the PR and Digital team, ensuring high‑quality output and identifying training opportunities.
