Brand Associate – Hybrid (2 days/month)

About the role

Growve Inc., a fast‑growing BPO in the Philippines, is looking for a Brand Associate to support Amazon brand growth. The position offers a permanent hybrid setup, requiring on‑site presence only two days per month, allowing a balanced work‑life experience.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize product listings on Amazon marketplaces to improve visibility and conversion.
• Conduct data analysis to track performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Perform market research to understand competitor activity and consumer trends.
• Prepare regular reports summarising findings and recommendations.
• Manage day‑to‑day marketplace operations, including inventory and pricing adjustments.

Required profile

• Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement (2 on‑site days per month).
• Interest in e‑commerce, brand management and data‑driven decision making.
