About the role
The Branch Manager – Sales will lead the Business Center’s sales initiatives in Batangas, driving growth and ensuring the long‑term sustainability of the retail banking operation. This role requires close monitoring of market conditions, competitor activity and the identification of new sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, implement and continuously improve the sales strategy for the Business Center.
- Monitor market trends and competitor movements to uncover prospective sales opportunities.
- Grow the customer base through both internal and external sales initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure timely servicing of their financial needs.
- Collaborate with other business units to align sales goals with overall retail banking objectives.
Required profile
- Team player with a passion for working in a banking environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related discipline.
- Proven ability in strategic planning, management and financial management.
- Willingness to be assigned to the Batangas location.
