Branch Head (Store Manager) – Nationwide

About the role

EastWest Bank is seeking a dynamic Branch Head (Store Manager) to lead one of its nationwide branches. You will turn the branch into a growth hub, delivering excellent products, building strong customer relationships, and guiding your team to high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Make the branch the primary distribution channel by selling banking products and services.
• Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients, cross‑selling suitable products.
• Implement marketing programs and strategies to attract new customers and increase wallet share.
• Mentor and coach the branch sales team to achieve targets.
• Approve transactions and oversee service performance to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Execute compliance, governance, and risk‑management requirements per bank policies.
• Apply EastWest Service Pillars and Service Standards to deliver superior customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable banking role.
• Strong leadership with a proven record of managing sales teams.
• In‑depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a history of exceeding sales targets.
